These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Ganna Geagea LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), including coaching programs, digital products, website, CRM systems, and related services.
By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide personal coaching and educational services, including one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and digital programs.
All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional for such matters.
You acknowledge and agree that:
• Results are not guaranteed
• Outcomes depend on your personal effort, circumstances, and implementation
• The Company makes no representations regarding specific results or outcomes
You agree that:
• You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
• You will actively participate in the coaching process
• You understand coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or professional consulting
• All fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan
• Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
• Failure or delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers
All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
Refunds, if any, are issued at the sole discretion of the Company and are not guaranteed.
• All sessions must be scheduled in advance
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited
By providing your phone number and submitting an opt-in form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Ganna Geagea LLC.
SMS consent is collected via unchecked opt-in checkboxes and is not preselected.
We offer two separate messaging categories:
Transactional / Customer Care Messages:
Includes appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and client support communications.
Marketing & Promotional Messages:
Includes offers, promotions, new services, and event announcements.
Each opt-in is independent and selecting one does not automatically enroll you in the other.
SMS Terms:

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By using our services, you consent to receive communications via:

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
You acknowledge that:
• Your data may be processed and stored in CRM systems
• Communications may be delivered through third-party service providers
• These providers act solely as service processors on behalf of the Company
All materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to course content, frameworks, documents, recordings, and templates, are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any materials without prior written consent.
We respect your confidentiality. However:
• You acknowledge that electronic communications may not be fully secure
• The Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for internal improvement and service development
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of income, revenue, business, or data
• Decisions or actions taken by the client based on the services
In all cases, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your actions or decisions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or terminate access to services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
