These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Ganna Geagea LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including coaching programs, website, CRM systems (including ClientFlow), and all related services.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. SERVICES
The Company provides personal coaching services, including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and digital programs.
All services are intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
2. NO GUARANTEES
You acknowledge that:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Outcomes depend on your personal effort and circumstances
- The Company does not promise specific results
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
You agree that:
- You are fully responsible for your decisions and actions
- You will actively participate in the coaching process
- You understand that coaching is not therapy, medical, or legal advice
4. PAYMENTS
- All payments must be made in full or according to agreed payment plans
- Prices are subject to change at any time
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services
5. REFUNDS
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Company is not obligated to provide refunds based on dissatisfaction or lack of results.
6. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance
- Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice
- Missed sessions may be forfeited
7. SMS AND PROGRAM COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from Ganna Geagea LLC via email, phone calls, and SMS messages (including transactional alerts, appointment reminders, and promotional updates).
- Opt-Out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Help (HELP): If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
- Rates and Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.
- Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. USE OF CRM AND TECHNOLOGY
You acknowledge that:
- Your data may be stored and processed in CRM systems (including ClientFlow)
- Communication may occur through third-party platforms
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by the Company, including:
- course content
- frameworks
- documents
- recordings
are the intellectual property of the Company.
You may not:
- copy
- distribute
- resell
- share
without written permission.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect your confidentiality.
However, you agree that:
- The Company may use anonymized data for internal improvements
- Communication through digital platforms may not be fully secure
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for:
- any indirect or consequential damages
- loss of income or business
- personal decisions made by the client
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:
- your use of services
- your actions or decisions
13. TERMINATION
The Company reserves the right to:
- refuse service
- terminate access
at any time for violation of these Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
